Dr. Scholls Shoes Complaint - Poor Quality/Refund Runaround

FREDERICKTOWN, MISSOURI -- I wore a pair of Dr. Scholls 4 times and the heels collapsed. I returned them to the store and got a replacement. The second pair did the same thing. I contacted Dr Scholls to complain about the quality of their shoes and they told me to return them to a specific address. I did. I went to the post office and sent them back with a delivery confirmation receipt. I mailed them on Jan.27,2010, the shoe kept getting forwarding to another address, finally arriving at the designated address on Feb.10. It is now Mar,16 and Dr. Scholl keeps telling me they never got the shoes.

Now I have to go to the post office with my delivery confirmation receipt and the tracking results to find out if Dr. Scholls is giving me the runaround.
