Heldrich Hotel Complaint - No lights lots of money

Greetings all,

Overall my experience with this Hotel has been outstanding. Recently, this past Friday and Saturday night to be exact, my wife and I stayed in a corner room (952) in celebration of our 5 year anniversary. I will make this short..their was a power failure at 5pm on Saturday night and, by the time we checked out on Sunday morning at 10am the power had not been restored.

We were charged full rate for our Saturday night stay in the dark and no one apologized, offered another night's stay or even a dinner or drink coupon.

What's happened to good business sense and customer service in our country.

You definitely should have said something and asked for some sort of reduction in rate or a certificate for a future stay. Call the manager!

Did you say anything or did you just pay the bill and leave? I would follow up with the managar on this.
