Xtream Media Servers Complaint - Xtream Media Servers, Liars, Theives, Cheats,
REDLANDS, CA -- I have more than 1 Xtream Media Server that has never worked properly since day 1. Over 7 months of attempts to achieve my products in the working fashion I purchased them to be, The Xtream President will not answer any of our phone calls or emails, has refused to return and refund our equipment more than 3 times in our complaints of Xtream's lack of good faith, and back charges that the Xtream President agreed to pay are left empty handed. The Xtream is simply Windows Media Server infused by numerous 3rd party software that you have to then call Xtream to do updates for. Xtream consistently pushes updates to their clients and they never check their work, so suddenly one day about every 2-3 weeks it just stops working. On more than 3 occasions, their 24 hour support line was non existent and I had to call my dealer after 8pm. Xtream has refused our request to return their product more than 4 times already in the last 6 months. They only continue to tell you that they will solve the problem, and then you never hear from them again. I have numerous unanswered emails and my sales representative can never seem to get the problem resolved. I believe in my sales reps confidence considering everything he has done for Xtream has left him empty handed as well. DEALERS BEWARE, YOU MAY LOSE CUSTOMERS WHO YOU SELL XTREAM PRODUCTS!!! If you don't believe any of this, Since we have severed our dealer agreement with Xtream Media Servers I have numerous documented emails and phone call conversations to the president of Xtream Media Servers left unanswered with no results.
