Overman2000 Complaint - Beware of Overman2000

Review by WmTurner on 2010-03-16
Placed an order through Amazon with this dealer. I have not received the product long after its due date, has not even shipped. No word from the vendor, he does not reply. I believe this is commonly referred to as mail-fraud, a felony offense. Do not order with this vendor, stay far away!

Have you gotten a refund? If you paid by credit card--dispute the charge with your credit card company.

That is not what mail fraud is. Work with the seller.

Mail fraud occurs when someone asks for something of value to be sent through the mail, promising something in return, then fails to deliver. Fraud can also be committed by wire, phone, or e-mail, but is only considered mail fraud when it involves things being sent by mail.

yeah it's not mail fraud

instead of trying to file a federal offense contact amazon to file a complaint and get your ccard account credited for the item

There's different types of mail fraud... one of them being the most common: order an item, make payment, receive nothing is the simplest form of mail fraud.
But, contact Amazon... see if they can do anything about it FIRST before getting into some legal issue about it.
