Rent2Save - Glendale (Burbank) CA Complaint - Rent2Save will "Take you for a Ride"

BURBANK CA -- This was the worst car rental experience I have ever had. I had to wait a long time for the shuttle at the airport. The staff was not very knowledgeable so it took even longer to get a vehicle. The vehicle I was given was in poor mechanical condition. Then I returned the vehicle at a hotel lot in the early morning because the rental agency was not open and was charged extra without being informed ahead of time. When I called to inquire about the extra charges, they just blew me off.

I highly recommend renting a car anywhere but Rent2Save!

Not the rental place's fault that the shuttle took so long. Also not their fault that you did not inquire about what their hours were. Also not their fault you left the vehicle at a hotel instead of their office.

But it is there fault they lost a customer for life. Funny how those things balance out.

How do you know the shuttle was an airport shuttle? I'd say about half of the rental car shuttles I've used were owned and operated by the rental car companies. Perhaps that's the case here. Anyway this company sounds just dreadful. I'd never do business with them.
