Empire flooring Complaint - Empie flooring is unreliable!

We had an appointment with empire to come out and give us an estimate and they called and rescheduled for the following week. Then next week comes around and we call to make sure there coming they confirm that they will be there between 2 and 5. Then we don't hear from them til we call them at 6:30. Thy say they will be at the house by 7. Then 7 rolls around and no empire. We had to call them again and they couldn't even find there salesperson.

They tried to contact him and finally we got annoyed and said never mind we'll find someone we can rely on. That will show up when they say they will.

empire hires independent contractors. Even though you assume your dealing with an employee they are totally independent. Thats why some people love them and others hate them. They don't stick around for long
