I bought a toshbia sallite thinking that its a great brand with in the first 2 weeks I sent it back for repair it stayed a week 3 weeks latter I used it again it failed I called tech suppot several times they remotly tryed to fix it but FAIL, sent to depot again it has been all most 2 weeks and nothing, this is a new lap top why doesn't it work

Toshiba is a good brand. What issues are you having? MOST are user error.
