Charter Communications Complaint - Worst cable company
This is the worst cable company on the market b/c they have the fewest HD channels and the most incompetent people as employees. My HD DVR beeps and chirps constantly. So, I call their 800 number, it takes some dummy 30 minutes to figure out that the box needs to be replaced, and he directs me to their drop off store in smyrna. I ask if they have HD DVR in stock at that location. "Yes, they have many in stock".. So, I go to the location, stand in line for 20 minutes only to be told that they do not have any HD DVRs in stock and haven't had any for months. They lady offers to send a technician to my home and makes me an appointment. The technician shows up without an HD DVR and wants to see the old one. He then tells me to call HIM in 2 days to "remind" him to pick one up. What kind of circus are these people running?
