Shields Mazda Complaint - Poor Customer Service

My car was in for two warranty repairs and both times had to be taken in again. In first instance they did not have the part required (even though they knew what needed replaced) and in the second they were due to replace all my alloy wheels but discovered that they were faulty when they opened the box.

I cannot understand why both of these details were not checked prior to arranging for the car to be brought in. In neither of the two instances did I receive an apology. I will not be using them again and would warn others from doing so.

It would be helpful to the other Mazda owners in your area. to know where this Shields Mazda is located, and also for the rest of us.
