Toys/Babies R US Complaint - Service After The Sale

I hope that someone can help - I purchased $84.00 worth of merchandise from the on-line Toys/Babies R Us - the product came and was unsatisfactory, so I called and the Customer Care Supervisor said the money would be cheerfully refunded back to my account - I received two notices - one (1) for $10.00 of the $84.00 leaving $74.00 remaining and shortly after that another one appeared for $34.00 and that's it. Today makes it 8 days and the balance has yet to show, I was actually crazy enough to order another item ( showed to be in stock) and confirmation by the selling agent via phone the same - guess what - it's on backorder - Toy/Babies R us currently have over $100.00 of my money and I have zero product to show for it. This will be my last transaction with this retailer - now imagine if they do this a couple of hundred times a day - WOW - no bailout needed - way to go Toys/Babies R us - my daughter that is ready to deliver will have to go elsewhere for something we ordered in GOOD FAITH FROM YOU - SAD WAY TO RUN A BUSINESS -

Is it because the remainder was paid in shipping? They don't refund shipping and handling.
