Auburn Valley Hyundai, Auburn Washington Complaint - Customer service
AUBURN, WASHINGTON, WASHINGTON -- I purchased a 2009 Hyundai Santa Fe from Auburn Valley Hyundai in February 2010. I patiently waited for my license tags to arrive in the mail. I requested them to be mailed when I purchased the car since I live several hundred miles away. Two weeks before the tags were to expire, I began calling the Dealership, and was assured that they would be sent or were "in the mail". The tags have since expired and I drive in peril knowing that I could be stopped at any given time for expired tags. It seems to me that it is poor customer service if the customer has to track down their own tags. Shouldn't the dealership notify the customer that tags have arrived since they are the responsible agent? Also, it would certainly be better if employees were truthful and state the facts instead of lying about something that would be done or has been done.
