Sears Complaint - Disorganized Service
Completely frustrated. they could not look up my service information. I gave them my address, nothing. Gave them the REFERENCE NUMBER!! nothing. GAVE them THREE different phone numbers, nothing. completely ridiculous, what is the point of reference number?? the time-frame windows are impractically large -- 8 to 2 pm??? I have to take off a FULL day of work?? don't they realize that people work for a living? this isn't the 1950s -- we don't sit around at home all day. I called back three times, had to go through my home insurance company to get in touch with them and conference call -- and ALL I wanted was to confirm my appointment for the day.
I am beyond frustrated and I really think SEARS will loose its edge, if it hasn't already, if it remains this incompetent.
