LSI MortgagePlus Complaint - Stay at home - Refinance loan

They are the worst. Eric Swan repeatedly says he'll get back to me in a 1/2 hr. or so & never does. I've placed several calls to him & leave messages to no avail. When I do get in touch with him he blames the underwriters for dragging their feet. Seems this is his typical excuse. Very tired of his babbling on when it's his incompetence we're talking about. This is a very poor reflection on his company.

Perhaps it is a problem in underwriting. New regulations have made underwriting requirements extremely more stringent, and many loans are being delayed due to these new requirements. If you don't like his responses, then find another mortgage company.
