United Airlines Complaint - Seating - 1 seat purchased
On a recent flight on United Airlines I purchased a ticket for travel on a business trip and got my requested window seat, unfortunately the person seated beside me was large - over 300 lbs. We could not put the armrest down so I asked the flight attendant to please move me. I was told that the only seats available were seats with "extra leg room" and that I would have to pay an additonal charge to be moved. My problem is that I paid for an entire seat and I could not use it. I know it wasn't the fault of the other traveler or me and there were other seats available but the "company policy" is to charge for extra room, what about the room that I paid for?
