Saladworks Compliment - Yum yum yum!

Review by *Brenda* on 2010-03-20
ALLENTOWN, PENNSYLVANIA -- Recently I have been trying to eat better and discovered Saladworks. They have huge salads at a reasonable price. They also offer soups and paninis.

They have pre made recipes or you can choose whatever you want in your salad. Their vegetables are always fresh and delicious.

We have two locations near me and they are both amazing. I am glad that we are getting healtheir alternatives to fast food!

Do they have "real" bacon bits or those fakey orange artificial ones - that's the deal breaker for me.

We had one in my old town. Definitely good place to stay healthy.

My favorite is Panera now a days...

I have never tried Panera if it werent for the pharmaceutical reps that bring lunches to our job site. Panera are awesome sandwiches!

I don't know qnuaqui, I don't like bacon on my salad. I think it's real though, pretty sure.

has to have real bacon and blue cheese dressing to be a good salad

I always thought putting bacon in your salad takes the healthy factor out of it.

I usually just add on carrots, cucumbers, tomatoes, croutons and a little cheese.

well let's face it, how healthy is salad dressing to begin with?
Posted by *Brenda* on 2010-03-20:
They have healthy dressings and not so healthy dressings, a huge variety.

Sounds great, don't think they are out west though. Looks like they are planning on coming to the So Cal area according to their web site.

I've never seen one here in South FL, but even so I probably wouldn't be a big fan. Salads are side dishes to me...not anything I would have as a meal.
