Filecure Complaint - Service purchased, but no result--only request to purchase additional services

On the internet I received notice that certain files were defective and that Filecure could correct them. I purchase it and another privacy program at discounts and downloaded. When I ran the scans, I was told that there were problems, but that they couldn't get resolved without additional purchases. I'd like my money back, but worry that my computer may be harmed if I remove the programs.

Do not give them any more money. Sounds like you downloaded malware. You are going to need to get malwarebytes.com's free version, then run spybot or a similar program.

If the internet is telling you your computer is infected with something... it's not until you download *their* products does your computer become infected with something. I'd trust more what your own virus scanners say than what the internet says.
