Healthy Online Services Complaint - Deceptitive practices
SCOTTSDALE, ARIZONA -- I received a notice via mail that I owed them $109.95 for UltraSlim XS. I did not order this product nor would I order this product. The credit card they attempted to use had been cancelled many months ago but they say I ordered on 26 Feb 2010. This is absolutely not true. That is the day before my birthday and I worked that day and then drove from Waco to Greenville so how could I have ordered the product. I listen to audio book tapes while driving so did not hear any advertisement. There ought to be a way to stop these desceptive practices. Furthermore, when I tried to call the customer service number I was disconnected each time when I reached caller number 3. I called them a total of 4 times, each time starting out as caller 30 and disconnected as caller 3. Finally I gave up and will write them a letter.
