Personal and attentive service - Compliment
I just read the "Avoid Woodforest" comment and I totally disagree. I have a personal checking account and work out of San Antonio and Houston. The branch in the Walmart off 410 and Rigsby has gone beyond their service requirements for me. Once, they even helped balance my account! The staff have repeatedly gone out of their way to be helpful and very personable with me. If I ever do have a dispute (rarely) they help me quickly and always to my satisfaction! I have been banking with them for years now and truly appreciate their patience and caring service.

I would like to say thank you for an excellent customer service given to me when I visited your Sam's Club Location in Garland (Branch 0737). Both Mangala Kagal and Benjamin Pegues were very respectful, cheerful and ready to help me. Thanks again.
