Suddenlink Complaint - Avoid Suddenlink At All Costs - Cable Internet & TV

Living in Auburn, CA doesn't leave much choice. We have had Sudden link for both Internet & TV. The Internet was out several times a week. "IF" you could get thru to customer service they always gave the same reply. "Equipment is down. No idea of when it would go back up." It seems to generally take hours. TV was OK for a while but is becoming more spotty as well. It was out most of superbowl Sunday and came back on at half time.

We switched to AT&T DSL about a year ago and have only had one outage for about an hour in the year we've had them. SUDDENLINK is the worst provider in my short 56 years of life.
