Allcare Dental Complaint - Billing Services
COLUMBUS, OHIO -- I went for a consultation in September 2009. I was told that there was a coupon online to bring that would cover the cost of the consultation. In February 2010, I received a bill for this "free" service. I called the number on the billing statement about 10 times and was kept on hold 15 minutes each call. When I finally was able to talk to a live person, I was told that my chart would be reviewed and someone would call me back. I just received another bill for the same charge. I called again and was told that my chart would be reviewed and someone would call me within 7-10 business days. They claim that these billings are in error and the bills showing accounts 90 days past due would not show up on credit reports. How long can it take to correct a small problem. This is just plain bad business.
