Steak n Shake Complaint - Nasty
Complaint
This is my 2nd complaint about the Steak & Shake on Nova and ISB in Daytona Beach Fl. It is nasty! The floors need to be swept and mopped, I watched as the Manager wiped the seats, then the tables with the same cloth.
Steak & Shake has been the only Fast Food Restaurant I have gone to in years. But I will not be going back again!

Have you actually complained at the store or just anonymously on the Internet?

I too would inquire if you brought this to the attention of the manager. otoh, tis almost more despicable that the manager on duty doesn't notice this on his/her own without having to be told. good grief, its not that hard to keep a joint clean, evenduring the busy times. I wouldn't go back either. good for you.
