Wide Open West - WOW Complaint - Cannot get feedback or a contact to discuss adding a channel (MLB)

NAPERVILLE, ILLINOIS -- I have contacted WOW via email since MLB network launched last year to inquire about adding it to their offerings. The competitive provider in the area (Comcast) includes it in their basic package. I called once again today, and was first placed on hold for over 15 minutes, then spoke with a supervisor who could only state that MLB was not present on the list of soon to be added channels. I requested to be transferred to someone who is responsible for the decisions on adding channels and was told that he did not know who that was. I suggested that in order to provide the "outstanding customer service" they advertise, he should research that and have that individual call me. I suggested that as a long time customer with nearly $200 of services montly, that they opportunity to speak with a person who makes the decisions is not an unreasonable request. The best he indicated he could do is pass my concerns along, however he could not ensure a call back.

Looks like I'll be finally switching to Comcast.
