Russell Volkswagon Complaint - Horrible Customer Service

I have never written a review ever. I will keep this short and sweet. I dropped my car off for service, when I picked it up it was poring. The inside of the passenger side of my vehicle was soaking wet. When I went inside to talk to the woman at the service desk, she blamed me, my car and everything she could come up with accept the possibility that a window had been left open/ accidentally or not while in their care. In addition, she refused to have my car looked at that day, and said the earliest she could schedule someone to look at the problem was 2 days later. I did not return. However, last week it rained again, and my car didn't get wet inside at all. A leak in a seal as she blamed would have produced the same result. Instead, of blaming me and my car and dismissing me as an idiot she should have taken my concerns much more seriously.
I will not return to Russell VW because of her dismissive an argumentative attitude, and the puddle left in my car.

DO NOT have your vehicle worked on here, because customer service is deplorable!
