Southwest Airlines Complaint - Southwest Airline is the WORST!!!
I have a Rapid Rewards Visa and have two round trips due me. I was on the phone with a reservations agent the exact SECOND that flights opened up for Labor Day, only to be told that there were no seats, they may have been "blacked out" or "sold to travel agents first." This is fraud, pure and simple. Their Rapid Rewards Visa states there are no blackout dates, and if they advertise on their web site that tickets open at X time, they cannot sell those tickets ahead of time to travel agents. This is misleading, fraudulent, and is begging for a class action. Not to mention when you speak to a customer service agent, they are rude, unhelpful, and as much as admit they don't care if they have your business or not. The Chase customer service representative that was on the call with me was appalled at Southwest's customer service.
LET'S ALL BOYCOTT SOUTHWEST AIRLINES AND THEIR RAPID REWARDS VISA SO THAT THEY GET HURT WHERE IT COUNTS - IN THEIR PROFIT MARGIN.
