CITY OF INDUSTRY, CALIFORNIA -- They sent the wrong cartridge. I called their automated line. It instructed me to press 4 for returns. When I did it said all operators are busy at this time and tells you to call later. Hanging up. So I went to the new order catagory. Finally I got through. But a RMA number could not be issued. It will be e-mailed. Finally I got the number. The cartridge was mailed back at $2.70 my expense. Notifying Paypal A complaint was issued. Until the complaint was resolved no replacements were sent. I resolved the issue. Next I was told no replacement will be given. Only a credit. Now I have no printer due to an empty cartridge. And still waiting on my credit. There are other companies like this. Do yourself a favor. Go Elsewhere. It's not worth the hassle.
