Sears Complaint - Who to call for BAD Sears deliveries!
LINDSTROM, MINNESOTA -- Ok here is the thing and it took me 5 days of to get to the truth. A Sears’s contract out the delivery’s. The Sears stores are for the most part owned by regular folks. The delivery man that delivers your item/s Are just small delivery contractors in your area. They are run http://www.spiritdelivery.com/contact.html who contract out all the small local deliveries.

Here's why I'm MAD!!! He went uninvited into my garage and harassed my kids; He interrupted a privet conversation with my wife at least 4 times with his steely eyed glaring at me, asking “if we had a problem”. Then after this went on for a while I said “shut up and do your job!” he then set the old washer down, took off his lift belt posturing as if he wanted to fight me. This is only half of it! This was completely horrifying to my family and I! And I COULD NOT GET ANYONE TO HELP ME until today and the incident was on Sunday 21st ! And I still have not heard back!
Hundreds of thousands of English speaking Americas out of work and because I can’t understand the guy who is delivering my washer. He has a tantrum and leaves the old washer in my driveway and my new one in the street! And leaves crying racism! It is not my fault that the guy can’t talk so I can understand him.
It’s not my fault that he could not understand me! This is Sears fault for NOT have people who make delivery to "English speaking" people speak ENGLISH! so that EVERY customer understands them!
Sears should not expect ANYONE to be able to understand or speak broken English!
This is not about RACE this is about communication! If a delivery man is having problems with getting to my home I should be able to COMMUNICATE with him to see what can be done and NOT have to keep saying “WHAT DID YOU SAY?”
