Ikea Complaint - NEVER NEVER Will I ever buy from IKEA again!
Never will I ever buy from Ikea. I went online and select my the store location (which I am assuming that my item is shipped from 20 miles away). No, it was shipped from the east coast to my west coast location. My product was only 129 (on sale). My shipping was $279! What the heck? I lose $279 for nothing. NEVER NEVER Will I ever buy from a crook company. I was not inform on the their website of the cost of shipping and handling is base on lbs. When I talked to them, they told me that it is too late. Their product already shipped. I also asked them if this is a complaint that they get and the person said not usually. How could a company be so deceitful. All the person give me was my case number 1594778695. So I asked what was case number going to do, and the person said that once the item is shipped back to their warehouse, they will return my money. That means I would only get 129 back while I lose $279. As a broke college student, I am trying to go to school to get my degree. Here I am being cheated out. When I ask if I were to accept the item, then I have to pay for shipping and handling return if I don't like the item. If I use their shipping and handling company again for a return, I would lose $558. That is crazy that I lose $279 for nothing. Did they really think I would want look at the thing that I got cheated off everyday? This is the worst experience I have ever felt from a company. I felt cheated and deceived. What kind of company would want their customer to have bad experience and not only that, their customer service was bad. They don't even try to do help the customer. They lost their company reputation with me today. And they can be sure, I will NEVER EVER buy from their company again.
