Best Buy Complaint - Lack of Customer Service
SOUTH RITCHFIELD, MICHIGAN -- From 10:00 am to 11:00 I called THREE different Best Buy Stores in the area, for information regarding a new product on the market.
First store the phone rang for over ten minutes, when she got on I told her I needed info on this new product SEZMI ($20.00 per month ONLINE TV SERVICE!!!).....the girl never heard of it. I asked for the manager...."what for?" she asked........"just give me the manager"(he would know)........she put me on hold for the next ten minutes....nobody ever came to the phone.
Next store in area. Rang, Rang for over ten minutes.....nobody ever got on. Ever.
Next store, answers the phone on the fifth ring, then puts me on hold for the next fifteen. I just hung up.
I call the HEADQUARTERS. It rings and rings and rings...nobody answers for over five minutes I hang up, thinking maybe I dialed wrong. Called back.......it rang for over ten minutes before she finally answered.
Best buys lack of customer service=frustration.
It occurred to me that Best Buy is sabotaging itself. It occurred to me that all those low paid jobs manned by people who consciously or subconsciously sabotaging their OWN jobs/products/existence by their CONTEMPT FOR THE CUSTOMER.
I highly recommend Best Buy to any masochist who wants to be treated like ^$%$^$^%^ Best Buy will accommodate you for hours!!! the people at Best Buy are an expert at abusing people by lack of manners and lack of knowledge on what they are actually selling.
I will do my utmost to stay clear of this electronic hell on earth.
