Sealift USA Complaint - Poor Customer Service in my opinion

Www. sealiftusa.com In my opinion does not stand by their product what I consider a faulty product, two years in a row their product has broken the first year they did replace it now year two, actually about 21-22 months old it needs to be fixed yet again. Only this time they do not want to warranty it, pretty sad, did I mention their product cost right around $20,000.00 - Yep that's right 20k and the cost to repare it is under $1,000.00 and yes you guessed it they are not willing to stand behind their product. Oh well what are you gonna do, feel free to look them up when you are going to boat shows around the country. Ask them about my lift and why they chose not to stand behind the product this time? Be careful they do not get your money......

How big is the lift and boat? I've seen these things (a neighbor had one when I lived down in VA on a lake), but they never seemed to work very well for folks.
