VBRO Compliment - Eating brow

BROOKINGS, OREGON -- I recently wrote a rant against VBRO telling that the owner would not get back to me when I had to leave his rental early because of a family emergency. He got back to me telling me that he had been camping and was unable to receive messages. He refunded me the difference in my vacation time and offered me an incentive to return. He also said he as a plumber coming in to fix the toilet's reluctant flushing. So, I apologize for jumping the gun and mouthing off against the renter. His rental was homey, warm, and well equiped. And.... he did get back to me and was "fair" with me. Sorry.

I am glad you got the problem resolved. I just came down on another poster who wrote a complaint because the local store manager would not give them info on contacting the owner. This is a totally different situation. In the other case, the OP could discuss their problem with the manager of the store or go online and post their comments on the business site, but to demand to speak to the owner is not gonna happen. You have the right to make the owner aware of a problem, and you found that speople do often have lives outside their business. Voted review VH.
