Empire Carpeting and Window Treatments Complaint - The WORST experience I have EVER had with a company

I am Stunned!!!!

I today's economy this company just lost me as a customer... I have asked for a FULL refund as a result of the absolutely WORST customer service I have ever received. It's simple, I ordered 10 mini blinds, and 7 weeks later and numerous no show/late appointment arrivals I give up. I've been on the phone today for over and hour w/4 different reps from this company and they ALL just want to process the cancellation and not resolve their problem.

Again I'm stunned, the worst run consumer product company ever... STAY AWAY.... their very deceptive! DO NOT believe anything the salesmen tells you! ( Also, after more research I discovered they are very overpriced! Lucky for me I cancelled )
