Hotels.com Complaint - The Worst Experience
The worst company.
1. Our 3 guests arrived at the hotel on March 27, 2010, Bel Air South in Miami beach, Florida. But there was no room for our guests.
We paid on March 15.
2. Now we are trying to get refund. It is very difficult. They do not want to get refund. They ask the hotel to do it. Why?
3. I had very bad experience with them before.
This company sucks big time.
