San Luis Hotel-Galveston Complaint - Bad customer service at San Luis-Galveston

GALVESTON, TEXAS -- This place has gone down-hill on customer service. You pay a lot of money for a bad stay there. I was ready to go home so I could rest. Not recommended.

You'd think a four star hotel would have tremendous customer service. I guess this one fell way short. The bad thing anymore is that these indi-hotels populate all the trip adviser web sites with flowery glowing reviews. You base your pick on that only to find, well, the San Luis Hotel.

I've known a few people who have stayed at the San Luis Hotel. I don't know anybody who gave it a flowery glowing review.
