Thecellguru.com Complaint - Will charge you for shipping for defective prducts

EPHRATA, PA -- The one positive thing I can say is that the communicate well. The problem is that they send defective products and then do not reimburse for having to ship them back. I purchased a battery charger for the iphone. It did not work. They said it must be defective. I asked for a refund and they agreed, but then sent me another one causing me to have to yet again, ship it. They "took responsibility", or so I thought, and said they would reimburse for the shipping and are now backing out on that. This has cost me $10 in shipping costs for two products that do NOT work with the iPhone 3GS. It's a shame because they have been polite and quick to respond. They just take no responsibility for the loss of money and time that sending bad products causes buyers. I would not recommend this company.
