Abercrombie & Fitch Complaint - No Common Sense
I was recently shopping with my daughter at the Northridge store in CA.
I went into the dressing room to help my 11 year old daughter try on clothes. I then heard pounding on the dressing room door that only 1 person is allowed in the dressing room at a time. I told him that my little girl needed help to which he said If I didn't like the rules I could leave or he was going to call security. Oh really? Call security because a mother is trying to help her child try something on? At some point I was hoping common sense would prevail, but unfortunately for this company who hired this clown, he only continued to harass us and was not interested in anything other than his own big fat ego. We will no longer be shopping in that store and neither will my daughter with her friends or me with my friends or her grandparents who enjoy buying her large gift certificates for Christmas and birthdays.
You get the point. These type of employees who do not now how to use discretion, which I know he could have done, contribute to you losing money.
