DirecTV Inc Complaint - RIP OFF---SAVE YOUR MONEY
I was a long term, loyal customer for approx 8 years and started having reception problems, after multiple calls a tech(I use the word lightly) stated that I should go out and buy new connectors to get a clearer picture. I demanded new equipment, was denied new equipment without a charge of approx 250.00. I then discontinued service and wanted to send all of it back to them, I was then informed that the equipment was outdated and they do not use it anymore and I could dispose of it!!!. After multiple calls, I then got refunded for the month not used. This was in 2008 and now the ground wire that was connected to my home to the utility pole has fallen to the ground and I called, they will not even send a truck to disconnect from the utility pole....All supporting my decision to NEVER USE DIRECTV AGAIN!!!!!
