Ecost Complaint - Worst on-line purchase experience EVER - 37" 1080p LCD HDTV

I purchased this product for a Christmas gift. I arrived home from work to find that UPS has delivered the TV & left it on my porch. When we opened the box for Christmas, the bottom corner the the TV panel was smashed & the TV has no sound. Called ECost & the reps we spoke to essentially laughed at us when we tried to have the issue addressed. We could not even get our credit card company to intervene because Ecost apparently has a no refund clause (stated in microscopic print in a corner of one of their web pages). Apparently, I was supposed to have inspected the delivery even though they had the TV shipped to me without a delivery confirmation signature being required. I spent HOURS on the phone & was laughed at by the "customer service" reps. I have purchased many things on-line & this was BY FAR the WORST experience I have EVER had. I feel confident that this company is shady & rolls out inferior products with an objective of screwing the customer.
