Kawasaki Complaint - Rusting Bolts/Engine Mounts, Horrible Customer Service From Main Office

IRVINE, CALIFORNIA -- I purchased a new Kawasaki JetSki 800 SX-R. After one year, all the spark plugs, bolts, engine mounts have corroded. After calling customer service, they told me nothing could be done. The jetski is still under a warranty and they will not honor it.

Prior to this I owned a 1987 Kawasaki Jetski, and had this until 2006. Never had this kind of a problem.

Shame on Kawasaki. I will never purchase another Kawasaki product again.
