1-800Flowers A.K.A Bloomnet, Bloomstoday Etc. Informative - Don't Do It It Will Cost You

Don't do it it will cost you...If you use 800flowers, ftd, teleflora you are paying a 2nd party to take your order and then repeat that order via phone, internet or dove/merc network to a florist in the area you want delivery...You are paying more money that way for no reason google the flowers, city & state and call directly to the florist you are saving a service & other fees as well as being able to establish the true prices for what you want to send, what is on sale and the real delivery price for the area..Why are you paying someone else to call for you ...Don't do it...It will cost you more!!!! Teleflora and ftd are upstanding companies but you are paying a fee to use them, however 1-800flowers - reps are unhelpful, they never send enough of the money you give them to the actual florist in order to fill the orders correctly and to a good value and you will get no where complaining to them..In my opinion useless! I know..I work in the business....Trust me..

Here's the deal. I know local flower shops. I don't know flower shops in Bixby, Oklahoma. If I want to send flowers to Bixby, I can either spend a lot of time calling and trying to find a florist who may or may not be good, or I can call FTD. I, personally, have had awesome experiences with FTD service. It costs a few bucks more, but it's better than spending 1/2 a day trying to figure out a good local florist.

I don't see anything wrong with using Teleflora or FTD. When I want to send flowers to someone in a different area than me, I just call my local florist, who I love, and she arranges for it. Since they're in a network, they only use florists who are trusted.

Goduke, If you need to send flowers to somebody in or around Bixby call Michael Davis at the Bixby Flower Basket. He's a good guy. He will do you right.
