Big Sandy Furniture Complaint - Double Charged Delivery

CHILLICOTHE, OHIO -- I purchased a living room suite from the Big Sandy store in Chillicothe and was charged twice for the delivery charge. I called the store to have this corrcetd and they assured me that they would credit my account. I was assured each of the last 4 months that I've called trying to get them to correct this. I would like to know how often this is being done to other customers as well. I can understand that it may have fallen through the cracks a time or two. But, after four months of trying I'm starting to wonder what is going on.

Same thing happened to me. I bought a dresser went to pick it up and it was broke so when they called to set up the new one she said they had refunded my money to my card and needed to recharge it. I looked a day later and there was no credit so I was then told they had sent me a check. No weeks later no check and I had to call and get them to recredit my money. I also had to keep calling to get the replacement piece and was given the run around. Was told multiple times they tried to call but I must have gave them wrong numbers. The correct numbers are on my receipt that they have a copy of. Will never buy from them again.
