Billmelater.com Complaint - Terrible Customer Service
I recently made a purchase on a website using billmelater. Based on what I read, I made the assumption that I had 6 months to make a payment. I received a late charge a month later.
I emailed customer service to clarify, as I had considered perhaps I'd read the original contract incorrectly. Their website states they will respond in one or two business days. This was Thursday, no response by Tuesday. Emailed again, no response (today is Thursday).
I looked into it myself, and realized the plan was for no interest, which is fine. I just made the payment, but I'm annoyed that they never even bother to respond. Why even have a method to contact?
