United Airlines Informative - Fabulous Service in a Rough Economy!
ASPEN, CO -- With all of the hassles in travel and frequent horror stories, I though t it would be fun to share a good experience....
I wanted to express my sincere gratitude for your incredible service team on board a recent flight which I took form JFK to LAX. Having flown over 1 million miles on 2 other airlines and as a previous 1K and presently Premiere Exec on UAL, I have had multiple flight experiences, both good and bad.
This flight was one of my best! Not only was the plane wonderful and on tie, but the crew is what made the experience one that I will brag about! From the moment that I stepped on board the flight attendants did everything they could to ensure that I had a good flight. They were happy, engaged, the service was impeccable and they did it all with a smile on their faces!
As the author of Buddha: 9 to 5, I keenly am aware and pay attention to attitudes in the work place. I also know that it has been a difficult time in the airline industry with the recession, etc. I thought you should know of and recognize UAL employees who still love their jobs, inspite of the pressures.
