Postal Service Complaint - Shipping "No Show"
CALIFORNIA -- In December 2009, 2 weeks before Christmas I mailed a small box of candy to my grand children in Marina California which is right next too Monterey. I live in Sacramento, California. They got it in Feb 2010. For Easter I spent $10.70 to mail a box of fun stuff too the same address (Priority Mail) and thought it would get there within 3 to 4 days. Well, it's also a "no show" so far. Why is it called Priority? And what the heck is the problem? I could have driven it there in 3 1/2 hours myself. I just found out that the Postal Service does not even track the Priority mail and there is no guarantee of mail getting anywhere on time unless we pay over night shipping. Are you kidding me?
Switching to UPS from now on. The United States Postal Service has lost me. What a waste of my money with them.
