ECOST Complaint - Magellan GPS

I ordered a Magellan GPS that was supposed to have voice recognition. The unit I received did not have this feature, came in a plain box- with all the parts, was not "factory refurbished", and was defective to boot. It still had previous destinations from the last poor sucker that bought from this company.
I called and complained. I was told they would send a RMA in 48-72 hours. Never came, tried again- nice person on phone said another would be sent. Never came. Third time- same story. Never came. Forth time, same story- never received.
I had kept a record of each person I had spoken with, time, and date. Filed a complaint with my credit card company. After they did not get any action, they credited my credit card back for the charges. Two days later-guess what comes, an RMA label. Problem solved!
I will never order from this company before. BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE
