logosharx Complaint - LOGOSHARX - A LOSING BATTLE

WISCONSIN -- I have been trying to get a logo design from LOGOSHARX since August (it is now November 7th). Each round of revisions has taken 2-3 weeks, even for small changes. On September 28th, I requested some specific changes - color, outlines of letters. THREE WEEKS LATER, I was sent revisions that did NOT reflect my requests. I have been emailing repeatedly since then, but have not received a single reply.

Logosharx requires full payment in advance, so at this point it's looking like I'll have to try getting my credit card company involved if I have any chance of recovering the $200 I paid them.

Do not use LOGOSHARX.

yeah, sounds like you have a valid argument. what did they say when you called them and advised them of your situation?
