Reno Dodge Complaint - This Dealership Will No Honor Warranty Problems!!!

Review by biggjimmy on 2010-04-03
RENO, NEVADA -- My 2007 Dodge pickup started smoking, so I had it towed in to Reno Dodge and they called me to say it was going to be 1800 dollars to fix the truck, it turned out that for no reason the catalytic convertor got hot and melted the shift cable, plus ben told me that an abs sensor was bad, and that I had a broken shock, and that I needed a 580.00 Dollar tune up, and a fuel system flush 246, and a new starter cable (100.00), And a 250 spark plug change. So I had them put on the shift cable 420.00Dollars so I could drive the truck to another shop, and they did all the repairs for about half as much,,the problem was a fuel injector sticking which is covered under my extended warranty.

Plus I have the lifetime warranty which covers just about nothing!! I have contacted the bbb and a local legal advocate, which have had problems with Reno Dodge before. Learn from my mistake and go somewhere else!!
