The Room Place Complaint - Fast Delivery Should Not Be Their Tag Line

MISAWAKA, INDIANA -- I purchased a sectional on the 11th of March from the Mishawaka, In. location. I paid with my debit they received their payment immediately the following morning. I was informed it was on back order, it would take approximately 2 weeks. It has been 3 weeks. I phoned the store and was informed it would be available on May first. I told them that was not satisfactory. They then proceeded to make excuses instead of offering a solution. I was given a number to their corporate office. I was informed it would be available May 9th. When I informed them that was not satisfactory, they offered to deliver 3 of the 4 pieces and placed blame on the vendor. They have not taken any responsibility to resolve the problem or even offer a reasonable solution, (e. g. the floor model at a discount?)
