HAMPTON, VIRGINIA -- It has been 6 weeks and I am still waiting for a refund. I filed a compliant with my Sears Mastercard. And they are not any better. I called Newport News customer service again and they said "I will send a memo to the supervisor and it takes 6 to 8 weeks to get a refund". As I wait forever. Mastercard put the charge back on my card because I didn't supply a credit slip to them. How do you provide a credit slip when you mail the stuff back. I kept copies of the usp tracking and printed when it was delivered and who signed for it. That should be proof that I returned the items. When I called Newport news they said yep we got in its sitting in the warehouse. What the, bleep.
