Best Buy Complaint - Avoid any and all Best Buys
EVERETT, WASHINGTON -- The local and corporate customer service reps are something below pond scum! I bought a washer -dryer - refrigerator...set up a delivery date, which they outsource. Best Buy blatantly lied to me. Because they outsource delivery, Best buy has NO CONTROL over when delivery will occur. BUT, they will charge you an additional fee to guarantee delivery full well knowing there will be no follow-through. After a nightmare of 3 attempts to delivery the appliances, I gave up. Plus I was lied to about the 'same as cash' deal not accumulating interest. I return to two appliance I did get after 3 tries. I was then sent a bill saying I owed them cash for some kind of credit they gave me. when asked to produced evidence all the way to the corporate level...not was given...but the bill kept coming with interest. The local Everett Store Manager is a LIAR. My thinking is they get money out of the till some how and blame it on customers....I could go on and on about the countless hours I spent on this subject...taking off from work to meet delivery people has one appliance of three if they showed up @ all...it was horrible! BEWARE and STAY AWAY from all Best Buys and particularly the one in Everett WA.
