Pickupflowers.com Complaint - Customer never right according to them

CALIFORNIA -- Tried to send flowers to my "just became" fiancee in Costa Rica. They told me ten times they would be delivered by 4/3/10. Naturally they weren't but insists they were. Pretty much told me I was wrong and they wouldn't credit my AMEX. This was an important event for me-not just Easter. They couldn't care less. If they think that I spent 3 hours with them on Holy Saturday evening for my health then they were wrong.

People make mistakes every day. It's how you handle it what counts. They flunked miserably
